Great bank tellers
.....As for the bank tellers and managers , well some are decent, but I honestly felt they disliked customers and their jobs.....sort of rude, and not very helpful when an issue with your account comes up.
Staff not friendly, when I walked I. They treated me like a bum b.c I was dirty fro work. This bank is by far the worst I. Fort waynd.
Very nice people friendly and faster service.
....It also seems transactions and deposits are very slow, and are always in pending.
......I see that their are fabricated 4-5 star reviews posted, and it does not surprise me at all.
.....They are not very trustworthy and secure , and have access to all your personal information , such as bank account numbers and social security numbers.
......To be fair, I will give 2 stars for my review, because I did like some things about "Chase bank", However their customer service is below substandard, and as you know Chase is using people in the ""Philippines" as customer service .
......The tellers keep asking, " Do you have any plans for the weekend", which seems to be a script they have to keep repeating to customers over and over.
......IGNORANT....NARCISSISTIC ..... UGLY LOCAL WOMEN .......WITH A VERY LOW IQ ,ARE EMPLOYED AT THIS BANK , UNFORTUNATELY AS MANAGERS AND BANK TELLERS.
