My daughter brought in a car for 2 recalls on her vehicle. Of course to many miles on one of them. They quoted 230.00 but said the headlights were not acting up so 85.00 for diagnostic machine even though we told them her headlights quit at random times. Guess what the machine said it was the recall on the part that was part of the recall. So the total came to 377.10. We gave my daughter 100.00 to put towards it and should of been rung up as 277.10 but the cashier rang up as 2777.10 completely drained my daughter's accounts. So for a week my daughter did not have any money to live on. The cashier didn't see it as a problem. Called the manager not even an I am sorry this happened! They were just happy they got their money. I don't think they realize the damage they did. Zero money for a week not even gas money to get back and forth to college! I am sorry would of went a long way for me. But no nothing. I do not recommend anyone go there. Crummy Simon's

Going to the body shop is a joke , after waiting 20 minutes for Don to get off the phone I notice he shoves his hand in his pocket and the smell of marijuana comes rolling out. Idk if anyone wants stones working on their stuff . Need to drug test the entire body shop
