Been dying to get here soon
I bought the lot and headstone in November of 2015. The headstone is there but the base is not done yet (it is now September 2016). There is also a vase that goes with it. This is totally unacceptable.
My brother passed away at the end of April. His birthday was July 23 and the cemetery said they couldn't get the head stone set by his birthday but would have it done by the middle of August. Here it is September the 6 and it still has not been done. We called and left a message as to why this hadn't been done and to return our call. Still no response from the care taker to answer our question. I was warned that they drag their feet on getting things done but since this is my home town and we have other family memebers buried there we chose this location. Shame on you IOOF Cemetery for taking our money but not doing the job!
