I have FIRED Will Downie as my family's dentist. He does not speak to patients, did not do consultations, and cares little that he is running patients off (he's lost my family of 3). I just found out today, after looking at my EOB's, that they did not charge my secondary insurance company before demanding that I pay 3500 in full for my son's implant/crown before they would do the procedure.
I absolutely love the atmosphere at Downie Family Dentistry! Dr. Will provides a one of a kind, patient focused approach to dentistry. The team there is always willing to go the extra mile for patients to smile with confidence! My family loves it here!! I recommend Dr. Will to all of my friends and family!
I have been going to Downie Family Dentistry for years for multiple reasons. The level of dental expertise that is maintained at their office is truly second to none. The are able to quickly and efficiently figure out exactly what treatment, if any, that I need. They also do an amazing job of explaining everything and minimizing the pain. I recommend Dr. Will and his staff to everyone that I know as they are, without question, the best in the business!!
Just wanted to leave a review on behalf of my sister. My mom and sister drove all the way from Valparaiso to see Dr. Downie, because I told them he is one of the most talented and intelligent doctors I know. They had a great experience there, and they couldn't stop raving to me about Dr. Downie and his team. Thank you guys for taking care of her.
We have been patients of Dr. J. Paul Downie since 2007 and loved his care. What is sad now is that the 5-Star reviews that he spent years earning, is being decimated so quickly. So sorry Dr. J. Paul Downie.
Leaving more than one star out of respect for the ORIGINAL Dr. Downie who always thoroughly explained what he was doing and never wore huge diamond rings like his son, who is not NEARLY as humble as his father. J Paul Downie built a great name for his business to only hand it down to his son who now owns two matte black jaguars, huge diamond rings, and always wearing gold chains. Even my mother mentioned how she didn't like him...unfortunately we will be taking our dental work elsewhere...miss you original doctor Downie, the humble man who asked me how school was going, and was always intrigued by my stories of causing mayhem in school as a little 6th grader.
