This is has been my family doctor for as long as i can remember. My single complaint is not on the doctor but on their phone systems. If you are calling for any reason be prepared to spend 15-20 minutes on hold while listening to 3 or 4 different voices saying "We apologize for the delay. Please remain on the line and we will be with you shortly." These voices repeat every 5-10 seconds and often cut each other off. This is probably one of the most maddening hold loop I've ever had to endure. Its almost enough to take off a star.
