I came to Steve Hughes and his Staff out of pure necessity. I had a horrible situation with my previous insurance carrier. Steve took the time to explain to me the coverage that I really had with my previous company in detail. But most importantly he explained it in terms that I could understand. I have never had an Agent do that for me before, and he was not even my Agent, at that time. I decided that if he cares enough about me and my family to spend that much time with me and I am not his customer what would he do for me if I was his customer. I quickly became a State Farm customer. I don’t live close to their office, but they came to my Home and took care of all the paperwork. They even brought me fresh baked cookies. I really could not ask for a better Insurance Agent.

If I could give state farm and the claims department any lower of a rating I would. My car was in an accident on January 7, 2017 from another person hitting my parked car outside my house it is now February 17,2017 and my car still isn't fixed right and state farm is taking the sweet time on handling this issue I wouldn't not recommend them to any body
