What is this you want our money but can't provide a clean laundry.
When we were there everything looked clean, and all the machines appeared to be working. We only had to use the dryers, but it was a pleasant experience. They could use a cell phone charging station.
I just switch my clothes from washer to the dryer at 8:45 and then I went outside to get dryer sheets from the vehicle and went to reenter and the doors were automatically locked all signs posted on the building say that facility does not close until 10 p.m. but at 9 p.m. the doors automatically lock me out with all of my belongings inside! Please let me know if anybody has any contact information for a way to help me
Most of the washers are usually out if order. There is no attendant, or phone number. It's filthy.
The floor was disgusting, dryer sheets on floor, top of the washers was nasty, all in all it looked like a pig pin.
Called the number provided they said they would let the owners know Monday.
The only plus is the up to date washers & dryers but 1/3 of those had out of order signs on them. The floor was a mess! An empty water bottle in the middle of the floor, 2 spots of spilled soap that could have caused a fall, a box of dryer sheets in the middle of another aisle, other debris scattered all over the floor, floor definitely needs swept and mopped, clothes on top of washers, lost and found cart over flowing, and no attendant on duty! Glad I didn't have a problem that required an attendant!!
I have been working in laundry for 34 yrs.
I went there 12-30-17 at 8am.
My laundry never looked like yours dose.
I suggest clean it up or loose my business.
