Hours said carryout till 10:40 there at 10:00 they said carryout closed at 10:00 they are still open for delivery why not carryout? Sorry whoever owns this I will not be back. Dominos is happy to make my pizzas
I ordered a square cut well done Pizza that was undercooked sausage was lukewarm cheese wasn't even melted thoroughly and the dough was stretchy and gooey inside. The employees at this particular Papa John's are rude and disrespectful when I try to call as a courtesy because they always get the order wrong when I use the website. Last time it was an undercooked Pizza with the wrong details today I tried again and I was put on hold for 14 minutes and when I call back again I was hung up on and I called the third time as I was driving there myself to see the manager and I was told there was no manager on duty and that my pizza haven't even been processed as an order even though it was time for it to be picked up so I had to wait loidering in the parking lot and additional 25 minutes for a pizza I ordered an hour earlier. The guys that work in the kitchen are disrespectful young punks and I will never spend another dime in any Papa John's restaurant because of the unacceptable amount of belligerent disrespectful Behavior I have had to endure from this place if you want your whole night screwed up go ahead and try it out but you'd be better off eating at McDonald's and getting the poops
So rude af here we order pizza n bread sticks n chocolate chip cookie n bread sticks we're doughe n the suprivor Nick was a total ass they done lost my buiness n I called corrapte on that Nick dude. I will not be back. U all suck will never let my family eat here ever again. U all lost a very returning buyung.
Ordered my pizza tonight at 10:26pm and it said twenty-eight minutes. Waited until 11:17pm before calling to see what happened. They got here at 11:25pm and we live three or four minutes away and the pizza was barely Luke warm. Try calling twice and keep getting put on hold for a manager. Second and last time ordering at this papa John's. First time was for pick up and although the guy would answer the phone saying they were open, we showed up before closing when we were told to pick up our pizza and the store was locked and the guy said he never got the order and they were closed even though the store hours were posted saying they were open. However, he still answered the phone saying they were open and asking to take our order when we called five minutes after leaving. Will never order from this store again.
Delivery driver Rod is great, always in a good mood! Never had a bad experience from here.
