I have used Service Mechanical many times in the past. The work done is always fast and completed correctly the first time. The workers provide tips for preventive maintenance to keep things working smoothly.
Our general contractor used Service Mechanical for the remodel we completed on our building. Service Mechanical was responsible for several items in the reconstruction. These included relocation of AC, water heater, new restroom and breakroom and new duct work installed. Throughout the process we had several issues related to the work completed. We have had to have multiple return trips to have even the most simple of corrections made. The issues have resulted in costly repairs, including a leak caused by their failure to cap off a clean out valve. I would never recommend this company for any service, no matter the extent of work to be completed. Even after multiple complains, I have still not received a call or letter from the owner to offer any type of explaination. Highly disappointing. Unacceptable service. Inexcusable practices.
Worker by the name of Terry has a habit of sexually harassing my wife at her job... And has previously touched her as well. Would not recommend them to anyone... Also, I would like to add that I'm looking to whip this guys ass for all his harassment. With being prior US Army infantry, I aim to permanently disfigure Terry.
