Good food and service. Manager is great with customers and employees which translates into employees being good with customers.
They didn't listen to a word we said, the chicken was over done, the sandwich wasn't put together right, and there is no one else in here or going through the drive-thru. So they have nothing else to do. Not gonna come here again.
Seriously, every time I go there I have to wait FOREVER for my food, either inside or drive thru. And it doesn't matter if it's peak lunch time or 3:00. It's all Arbys... new haven, coliseum, Bluffton. Terrible wait, and it's sad, cause the food is generally decent.
This location is fantastic!! We had a group from a soccer tournament nearby that came in around 8pm on a Saturday night. About 50 people arrived and these folks got the orders out in a very short period of time and correct items as well!! Very well done with a good attitude.
