They are decent. Got my truck fixed as quick as possible. Free coffee and nice chairs in the waiting area.
Wish we could give this place a zero! What a nightmare. Come to pick up a truck that that had since july.. Still broken truck! The shop manger didn't even know what what wrong with it. Lmao! I would highly advise people not to come here.. Very rude! People need to know what they are doing working on trucks. Wow, where did they hire these people from.
I would rate their service a zero. Especially if you're a person who likes to have your truck returned to you done neatly and properly. My father wanted his door panel fixed because the last time he was in someone broke it. No problem he saved up money and came in to get it repaired. He was told his truck would be done by tuesday because they had to order the parts. Well we walked in tuesday and the manager goes to the stock room then comes to his desk looks up my dad's truck on the computer won't tell us if its done or not, so we ask and he says it won't be done until thursday... we don't have the parts we have to ORDER them. So what ended up happening is that my dad had to call off from work and wait in total 7 days for a door panel repair! We came in on thursday to a bill of $1300! ON TOP OF THAT we had to turn around because they didn't seal the door nor tighten the screws inside to hold the window motor!! Plus, they had another trucks parts on his door!! It wasn't even his old parts. The manager would argue with my dad on how no one broke his door and they didn't do anything wrong. Well come to find out whoever changed his oil broke the chain off of the dipstick and had the dipstick stuck inside how lovely and the sweet part is one of the mechanics really tied the chain together with a towel. Thats not noticeable at all?? Wouldn't recommend this place at all, waste of money.
They tried to be as helpful and reassuring as possible although they had four trucks ahead of me.
These people were very disrespectful to me, and stole property out of my leased sprinter van. The van was taken as well. I guess they were under orders from Active Aero that I was not there number one driver anymore !
