Jennifer was our sales person & she was beyond wonderful. We had an issue with the quality of the fabric on our couch & she did everything & more to make it right for us. The company the furniture was from (manufacturer) gave her a hard time as replacing the coverings; but she faught for us over & over until they'd make it right! All the rest of the furniture we purchased was perfect & we were treated very well. We are from Decatur, Indiana; we tried shopping in Decatur but no one ever even said HI to us for the 10 minutes we were walking around. They weren't even busy! Thanks Ruhl for a great experience!
John and his staff does an excellent job. Lots of flooring to choose from and excellent service. We would highly recommend Ruhl's and we will use them again.
